By using our website or products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

- Installation, configuration, and support
- Custom integration and consulting where agreed in writing
3. Your Responsibilities

4. Payments and Cancellation
Hardware purchases and one-time fees are generally final unless required otherwise by law or agreed in writing.
Subscriptions renew for the agreed term. Cancellation terms are set out in your order or agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
HumanByte retains ownership of ByteGate, ByteKey, and its methods, frameworks, and tooling unless otherwise agreed in writing. You receive the rights to use the products as defined in your agreement.
- The products and any deliverables may not be redistributed, resold, or sublicensed beyond the agreed scope without written permission
- Any transfer of ownership or exclusive rights must be explicitly defined in a signed contract
6. Availability and Liability
ByteGate controllers keep working offline and sync when the connection returns, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted performance of cloud features. We are not liable for third-party platform changes, outages, or connectivity issues beyond our control.
7. Privacy and Data Handling
See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and processing.
Operational data we process on your behalf is deleted or returned when your subscription ends. Website analytics are currently processed via Vercel Analytics.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes should first be addressed in good faith through direct communication.
